Payment Failure

Payment failure can be due to various reasons:

  • Credit Limit Exceeded- You may call your issuing bank to temporarily increase your credit limit or use another credit card
  • Invalid or incorrect Password/Pin: Check the password / pin number sent to you via SMS to your handphone by your bank. Ensure you have the mobile phone that you registered with the bank for your credit card.
  • Not Enough Funds - If you are using a debit card, you may wish to top up cash into your account where your debit card is linked to.
